01

Digital HR Foundations & Readiness

This module separates digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation, introduces the digital HR operating model, and shows how to link business problems to measurable digital objectives and assess readiness using evidence.

Day 1
02

Process Diagnosis & Redesign

This module builds the ability to inventory HR processes, map how work actually happens, separate processing time from waiting time, identify root causes, and design a controlled future-state process before deciding what to automate.

Day 1
03

HRIS Architecture & Requirements

This module explains the components of an HRIS environment and its core data foundations, the role of employee and manager self-service, and how HR needs are translated into functional and nonfunctional requirements that can be tested and prioritized.

Day 2
04

Vendor Selection & Total Cost

This module shows how to evaluate HRIS vendors using agreed criteria and evidence, run scenario-based demonstrations, and compare total cost and implementation responsibilities over the full evaluation period.

Day 2
05

HR Data, Access & Protection

This module defines how employee data should be described, owned, and maintained, how data quality and history are controlled, and how access, segregation of duties, data protection, and audit evidence are built into an HR system design.

Day 2
06

Workflow Automation & Worked Examples

This module explains how a workflow is specified, works through leave, onboarding, employee change, and offboarding examples, and shows how exceptions, escalation, and reliability controls keep automated processes under control.

Day 3
07

Integrations & AI Governance

This module covers how HR systems exchange information through controlled integrations, how payroll interfaces are protected, and how AI assistance can be used in HR under clear governance and human review.

Day 3
08
