Entry requirements
This is not an entry-level program. Participants are expected to already understand the fundamental concepts and processes of Human Resources, preferably with practical familiarity with the employee lifecycle, recruitment, personnel, payroll, performance management, learning and development, HR reporting and basic employment compliance. Recommended experience: approximately 2 to 3 years of practical HR work or equivalent practical HR knowledge.
Format
13 modules, each delivered over 4 training days of 5 hours (20 hours per module). The complete diploma is 52 training days and 260 training hours, in person at our Dokki training center.
