These terms explain how you can use careerians.com (the “Site”) and the services Careerians offers through it. By using the Site, creating an account, booking a program or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Careerians, with offices at 3 Mosadak St, Dokki, Giza, and Villa 117, South Academy, Z Zone, 5th Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt (“Careerians”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at Operations@Careerians.com or on +20 103 322 0240.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information when you register, including your name, email, professional field and mobile number, and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- One person, one account. Accounts created automatically, with fake details, or to send spam may be removed without notice.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing Operations@Careerians.com.
3. Our services
Through the Site we offer business services for companies (such as HR outsourcing, consulting and work regulation preparation), offline practical programs and workshops, online courses, free downloads, books and a professional community. The details, price and timeline of each service are those shown on its page or agreed with you in writing.
4. Practical programs, workshops and courses
- Booking requests: sending a request through the “Book a Practical Program” form is not a confirmed booking. Your seat is confirmed only after our team contacts you and receives the payment.
- Payment: we accept bank transfer, InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. Prices are in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise.
- Changes by us: we may change a date, venue or trainer when needed. If we cancel a program, you can move to another date or get a full refund.
- Cancellation by you: program fees are not refundable. If you tell us before the program starts, you can move your seat to another date or transfer it to another person.
- Online courses: access is for your personal use and lasts for the period shown on the course page. Sharing your login or course material is not allowed.
- Certificates are issued to participants who meet the attendance and assessment requirements of each program.
5. Books and store orders
Prices, shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. For returns and refunds, contact us at Operations@Careerians.com. Digital products cannot be returned after they are downloaded, unless the file is faulty.
6. Content, downloads and templates
- Articles, templates, sheets, videos and course material on the Site belong to Careerians or to their owners and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may use downloads and templates inside your own work or company. You may not resell them, republish them on another site, or remove our name from them without written permission.
- Laws, decrees and forms published by government bodies are shared for convenience; the official published version is the reference.
7. Information, not legal or financial advice
Our articles, calculators and sheets (including salary, tax and social insurance calculations) are for general guidance and are prepared carefully, but laws and rates change. Check the official sources or ask a specialist before acting on them. For advice on your specific case, request one of our services.
8. Community rules
In groups, forums and comments, please be respectful and stay on topic. Do not post spam, advertising, offensive or illegal content, or other people’s personal data. We may edit or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Emails and the newsletter
We send account and service emails that you need (such as confirmations and replies to your requests). We send the Careerians newsletter only if you tick the newsletter box, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
We work hard to keep the Site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Careerians is not liable for indirect losses resulting from using the Site or its free content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.
11. Links to other sites
The Site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Giza have jurisdiction over any dispute.
