Hiring Needs & Recruitment Planning

This module establishes the recruitment lifecycle as a controlled process and makes sure every vacancy starts from a validated business need and a documented agreement with the hiring manager.

Day 1
02

Role Analysis & Selection Criteria

This module translates the role into outcomes, requirements, and observable behaviors, then connects each criterion to an assessment method, a weight, and a minimum standard before any candidate is assessed.

Day 1
03

Candidate Sourcing & Attraction

This module plans where and how to reach suitable candidates, selecting channels by role and evidence of past results, and writing advertisements and outreach messages that help candidates judge their own fit.

Day 2
04

Screening & Assessment Design

This module applies consistent, job-related screening to applications and screening calls, then designs an assessment process in which every stage has a clear purpose and produces relevant evidence.

Day 2
05

Competency-Based Interviewing

This module builds the core interviewing skill of the workshop: designing structured interviews, asking behavioral and situational questions, probing for specific evidence, and recording notes that support a fair rating.

Day 3
06

Evidence Evaluation & Hiring Decisions

This module turns interview evidence into consistent ratings and defensible decisions, using anchored scales, calibration, bias controls, candidate-experience standards, and transparent weighted scoring.

Day 4
07

Offers & Onboarding Handover

This module closes the selection process in a controlled way: relevant reference checks, a confirmed and approved offer, joining coordination, and a complete handover to HR Operations and the hiring manager.

Day 4
08

Recruitment Reporting & Improvement

This module measures the recruitment process with consistently defined metrics and uses funnel analysis to raise the right questions for improvement.
