About the diploma

From HR fundamentals to job-ready practical capability.

A comprehensive practical learning journey designed to build the knowledge, skills, tools, and workplace capabilities required to start and develop a career in Human Resources.

The HR Practice Diploma is a comprehensive practical learning journey designed for individuals who want to start their careers in Human Resources or strengthen their existing HR foundation.

The program is built around the belief that Human Resources should not be learned as a collection of disconnected functions.

A successful HR professional needs to understand how organizational needs create workforce requirements, how jobs and structures are developed, how employees are attracted and managed, how employment obligations are controlled, how employees are paid and rewarded, how their performance and development are managed, and how HR data is eventually converted into useful information for management.
