Learning and Development helps an organization build the capabilities employees need to perform their current roles and prepare for future responsibilities.

This workshop covers the complete L&D management cycle, beginning with business needs and ending with evidence of learning application and performance improvement.

L&D Purpose, Strategy & Governance

This module positions L&D as the function that translates business requirements into capability development, and establishes the strategy, portfolio, governance, and management cycle that every learning initiative should follow.

Learning Needs & Performance Diagnosis

This module builds the discipline of diagnosing performance gaps before selecting training, collecting evidence from several sources, assessing capability against defined proficiency levels, and turning competing requests into a prioritized learning needs register.

Learning Solution Design

This module turns an approved learning need into a designed solution: measurable objectives, aligned assessments, suitable learning methods, a learning journey, practice activities with feedback, and a quality-controlled content package.

Planning, Budgeting & Sourcing

This module consolidates approved needs into an annual learning plan, tests it against delivery capacity, builds a full learning budget with consistent cost measures, and applies a structured approach to internal delivery, external sourcing, and provider selection.

Delivery Management & Learning Operations

This module sets the operational controls that make delivery reliable before, during, and after each program, and the learning records and system statuses needed to track enrollment, completion, assessment, and verified application.

Development & Workplace Application

This module extends development beyond the classroom through individual development plans, coaching, mentoring, and workplace assignments, and builds the conditions that make learning transfer to normal work.

Evaluation, Reporting & Improvement

This module plans evaluation from the start, applies assessment quality standards, examines business impact and attribution, introduces financial evaluation where appropriate, and builds the dashboard and management review that turn evidence into decisions.
