Why this workshop

Diagnose organizational challenges, design effective interventions and manage sustainable change.

Diagnosing Organizational Challenges, Designing Effective Interventions, and Managing Sustainable Change

Organizational problems often appear as missed targets, slow decisions, employee frustration, or conflict between departments. Their causes may involve structure, processes, leadership behavior, incentives, or several of these factors together.

This workshop develops participants’ ability to investigate these causes, select appropriate interventions, and support implementation.

Participants will work through an integrated business case and develop an organization development proposal supported by a culture action plan and a change implementation roadmap.
